Terms and Conditions

The number of unique formulas ordered, total number of units ordered, and the unit discount will be used to calculate the Holidays Manufacturing Credit, which is applied separately to each qualifying formula in your order. The credit is deducted from the final invoice only.

Existing Customers

This offer cannot be applied to reorders, orders in production, exchanged invoices or purchase orders, or payments in transit. It is applicable only to new orders -- reorders with minor ingredients changes are not considered new formulas and are ineligible for the credit.

$200 Off For Private Label Orders That Don't Qualify

If your order doesn't qualify for the Holidays Manufacturing Credit, we'll apply a $200 credit towards your private label order. This manufacturing credit cannot be applied to orders in production, exchanged invoices or purchase orders, or payments in transit. It is a fixed $200 credit, applicable only to new ordered stock formula orders, and cannot be stacked with the Holidays Manufacturing Credit

Both offers cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or incentives. Both offers expire on December 31st, 2025. All custom formulation orders must be placed and confirmed before this date to qualify for either manufacturing credit. To secure your order and qualify for the manufacturing credit, all down payments must be received by January 7th, 2026. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
