Terms and Conditions

For each individual product in your order, the total number of units ordered and the unit discount are multiplied together to calculate the Labor Day Manufacturing Credit. This credit is deducted from the final invoice only.

Eligibility

• A 1,000-unit minimum order is required to qualify for this promotion.
• This offer is valid for new orders only, including stock and custom formulations.
Reorders, orders already in production, exchanged invoices or purchase orders, and payments already in transit are not eligible.
• Reorders with minor ingredient changes are not considered new formulas and do not qualify.

Down Payment Bonus

• Orders with down payments received before Labor Day weekend (by Friday, August 29th, 2025) qualify for an additional $0.05 per unit credit.
• The bonus is applied in addition to the standard per-unit Labor Day credit and is deducted from the final invoice only.

Additional Terms

• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or incentives.
• All qualifying orders must be placed and confirmed before Monday, September 1st, 2025 (Labor Day).
